NOTES

All sailaway prices can be supplied without sprayfoam, battens and vents where purchasers prefer to do this work themselves. Prices would be reduced accordingly (POA).

Our prices include VAT and delivery from the shell manufacturer to the marina. Boat Window can arrange for onward delivery to the purchasers chosen destination at cost.

From the date that the first payment is received by Boat Window Boats Ltd from the purchaser, the vessel as it is constructed (including all machinery and equipment purchased or appropriated by the builder, whether at the builders premises or elsewhere) shall become and remain the property of the purchaser.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is to be made in four stages;

A holding deposit of £500 when contracts are signed, to reserve a shell build slot. In the event of cancellation by the purchaser before shell construction commences, the holding deposit is returnable less £250 for costs and time incurred.

Interim 1st - To purchase shell steel - equivalent to 1/3rd of the shell cost.

Interim 2nd - At commencement of construction, to enable purchase of engine, windows etc, and funds in hand for balance of shell cost.

Final - 14 days prior to handover to purchaser. Once shell construction has commenced the shell must be purchased as per contract. Monies paid can only be refunded when a new purchaser for said shell has been secured. Sales commission and advertising costs will be deducted.
